Refund policy

Non DTF Equipment 

Nexus ink acknowledges that sometimes things happen or mistakes are made. Every item we ship is visually inspected before it is placed within the shipping box. However, if your purchase has major defects or errors right out of the box, please email your comments with the Order number located on the receipt, to info@nexussubink.com within 10 DAYS of the invoice date for possible exchange only. Customer Service will then issue a "return authorization number - RA#". This number must be on the outside on the returned box. We will only accept defective or shipping error returns that still have all the original packaging, including outer packaging and inserts.

 

DTF Equipment 

All DTF equipment are ordered directly from the Manufacture. There is a no refund policy. All DTF equipment is tested prior to shipment to ensure everything is in working condition. If the unit has an issue out the box NEXUS will work with you and the Manufacture to have this fixed under the 1 year warranty. This is for Manufacturing defects only pertaining to the equipment.

We do not offer refunds.
